As the summer holidays are slowing reaching the end can we please remind all parents if your child is leaving us to start school the last physical day they can attend nursery is Friday 28th August as stretched funding will then finish.
If you have booked in privately after that date your child will attend until the agreed date.
We would like to wish all our children that are leaving for ‘big’ school lots of luck and hope they enjoy their next adventure.

Wow another fantastic term completed at Happy Days. It’s been an emotional but fun week, we’re sad to see our little ones leave to start their journeys at big school but we know you’ll all be amazing.
From Monday nursery is open to children that stretch their hours and private payers.

Can we remind all parents that if their child stretches their hours the funding stops on the 31st August so if you need childcare between then and your child starting school you will need to book them in as private.

We have a few remaining vacancies for children across our rooms, if you need childcare from September and would like to come and have a look around please send us a message.

We now have very limited spaces for our holiday club for children aged 5-12 and those under 5 are able to join our nursery sessions for the summer break. If you require any further information please don’t hesitate to message us.

REMINDER

Thursday 16th July is end of term party at 11.30-1 and then sports day is 1.15-2.15 look forward to seeing you all x

All children that don’t stretch their hours or pay private break up on Friday 17th for the summer holidays and those returning to us our new term starts Monday 7th September.

The end of term is quickly creeping up on us and we have lots of lovely things planned for the children, a quick reminder it’s our sports day on Friday 3rd July. We look forward to seeing as many parents as possible there to share the day with the children.

Let’s prepare for the next few days of extreme heat.
We are very lucky that the trees give us great shaded coverage. Can all children please wear light loose clothing, a hat and that they have sun screen applied (we will reapply) they will have constant water refreshed in their bottles and we will time outdoor play throughout the day.

Thank you to everyone for their understanding while our outdoor improvements have been taking place. The children have loved playing in their new areas. There are still a few jobs to finish but hopefully they won’t take long now we’re due some sunshine.

So many of our children are graduating. We will be holding a graduation ceremony and lunch for the children on Wednesday 8th July 11.30am-1pm. If your child doesn’t normally attend on a Wednesday but they are leaving nursery, they are welcome to attend from 11.30am-1pm. All children remaining at nursery will have lunch as normal. Could you please what’s app the nursery if your child is leaving to start school in September and they would like to attend the Graduation, this is for catering purposes. Please let us know by 15th June.
