Our brand-new nursery in North Yorkshire is a purpose-built setting in the beautiful market town of Thirsk. Catering for ages 0-5 we are open Monday to Friday 8 am to 6 pm, with wrap-around care from 7.30 am to 6.30 pm. We have a large secure garden with lots to explore and discover.

We've had the most exciting few weeks — from trying on army uniforms during a special forces visit, to colouring with our friends at Ruby Lodge, and exploring all the beautiful colours of summer through our very own sunflower paintings!

We had a surprise inspection today from Food Hygiene Standards, and we’re absolutely delighted to have achieved a five-star rating! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Our Nursery Manager, Daniella and Deputy Manager, Abbi, shared their pride in the team, recognising the consistent care, commitment, and high standards shown every day.
A huge well done to everyone at Lara Nursery for creating such a safe and nurturing environment for our children 💙 💙
