I’m doing a little 45 minute taster session of a new class type on Tuesday coming at Breckland Leisure Centre and Waterworld It’s available to book now on the Leisure Centre App📲

💛Zumba Gold® Chair is a seated fitness class that adapts traditional Zumba choreography to a chair. It focuses on low-impact cardiovascular exercise, core strengthening, and flexibility. It is ideal for active older adults, people with balance or mobility challenges, or anyone recovering from injuries.💛

TONIGHT WAS FULLY BOOKED!🔥This cooler temperature meant we had a massive turn out today and you all absolutely SMASHED it!!! 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻🪇🪇🪇💜💜💜 And welcome to a few new faces in class too!!! Our Zumba family is growingggg🥹🫶🏻

WE DID IT TEAM!!!👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 I came back from my break to another week of heatwave classes and I just wanna say how AMAZING you all are for still coming and supporting classes all week!🔥 (I hope there isn’t a heatwave number 6…)

And if you’ve attended any other cover teachers’ classes recently then thank you for stepping out of comfort zones and trying something new!✨

On that note - here’s a pic of me and Vita who is now a fantastic Bodypump Instructor!💪🏻 I’m sure my arms will be aching tomorrow🔥😅

CAN YOU SPOT YOURSELF??? What an incredible evening at the Thundercats studio in Thetford!!!💃🏼🕺🐯It was a super hot one🔥for us all but we put the ‘fun’ into FUNdraising for these amazing cheerleaders & you were all EPICCC!!💪🏻Shout out to Natasha, Paula, Lily & the other lovely organisers for asking us to be a part of this wonderful evening & for having us all at your studio.🫶🏻

WHAT A DAY!!! Zumba Gold 💛 this morning you were fabulous & full of so much sass and confidence!!! (And I loved that you all boo’ed me when I said I’m off next week 😆🫶🏻then cheered when I said Karen’s covering!🥳)
Toning this evening💜We danced and shook those maraca weights like the heatwave doesn’t exist! Sorry for causing chaos near the end when my brain decided it was checking out for holiday 😆
