It's Roald Dahl Day today!
In assembly the children were told about one of Roald Dahl's quotes, 'There is value in doing things that scare you'. It was explained that if you don't try something because you are scared of doing it you will never know if you can achieve it. Also the sense of achievement you get once you have done something you were not sure about, is empowering.
