And just like that… Love and Information is over ❤️✨

I genuinely don’t know how to put into words how proud I am of this gorgeous bunch.

Just Act is about so much more than putting on a show. It’s about giving young people a space to be brave, take risks, find their voices, make friends, be creative and, most importantly, feel like they belong. And tonight I watched them do exactly that. 🥹

Love and Information isn’t an easy piece, but they embraced it with such maturity, honesty and courage. They trusted me, trusted each other and completely threw themselves into it and watching them up there tonight made my heart ridiculously full. ❤️

Theatre matters. Young people having somewhere they feel seen, valued and heard matters. And I feel incredibly lucky that I get to create that little space with them every week.

To everyone who came and supported them tonight, thank you. And to my beautiful Just Act lot, I bloody love you. Thank you for trusting me, for being unapologetically yourselves and for making me laugh every single week. You blew me away tonight !

What a special little family we have created. 💕🎭

JUST ACT ❤️

Many thanks to Connor Jones who came this morning to the Academy and shared his experience and talents with the school. Connor has recently been touring the world with Les Miserables and we were lucky enough to snap him up for the morning. The kids loved the session with him and were very grateful for his time. ❤️

We were excited to share the news with the students this morning of their next big project. So much excitement and buzz! We suspect they will all be watching it this afternoon and the parents will be reminiscing about when they watched it in the 00s.

Lots to look forward to with these coming terms.

🖤❤️ JUST ACT PRESENTS: LOVE AND INFORMATION ❤️🖤

After the sell-out success of The Wardrobe, Just Act returns with something bold, exciting and completely different...

LOVE AND INFORMATION by the acclaimed playwright Caryl Churchill.

In a world overflowing with messages, headlines, social media, secrets and noise, how do we truly connect? Through a series of fast-paced, funny, moving and thought-provoking scenes, Love and Information explores what it means to be human in an age where information is everywhere but genuine connection can feel harder than ever.

This powerful production is brought to life by the incredibly talented members of Just Act, Magic Floor Productions' older youth theatre group. These young performers have been working hard to tackle one of the most challenging and exciting contemporary plays ever written, and the results promise to be something very special.

Our students were awesome in Annie. One of the reasons we set up the academy was to prepare students for big shows. It was fabulous to bring the Magics together. There will be more in 2027. 😉

Lovely end of 'Annie'run with a meal. 41 crazy souls just having a blast. These guys have been so much fun over the last few months. We can't wait to get on with the next projects now, but Annie will always have a place in our hearts.. That is a big cast!! 🤣
Thank you Mama D’s for the great food and hospitality.

The stage is empty. Those of us that worked our socks off have closed our eyes and are having a well deserved rest with Milky White! Thank you 'Into the Woods'. You've been a delight.

We are now having a little break and take Milky White back to the farm

See you all for the Summer term in May. ❤️
