James was one of my first clients, He trusted me to look after his training and nutrition. He was always brilliant to train & with the help of who now coaches him, he has become beast.

James’s goal was to become a stronger more physical presents on the football pitch and work on his body composition. In 8 weeks James managed to lose 8kg of weight! & has just recently hit a big 200kg deadlift!
