Tewkesbury Riding School At Twyning Small, friendly run riding school who cater for all types of rider including nervous riders, complete beginners all the way through to advanced.

Tewkesbury Riding School is set amidst the beautiful Gloucestershire countryside and mere minutes from the thriving historic market town of Tewkesbury. As a small riding school we pride ourselves on reliability, friendliness and opportunity. We have a range of horses and ponies for everyone and several arenas. We are also a Pony Club Centre with meets every month and hold a yearly day trip to one

of the International Shows/Fairs for members. We also hold open progressive clear rounds in the indoor arena. The height of the course can be adjusted from poles on the ground to 3'3". These clear rounds are run monthly and the date will be posted on this page at least 2 weeks in advance. Please feel free to visit us to ask questions or take a look around.

We have had a very busy week this week due to half term and getting ready for Re-license . Ive had a high volume of calls and text messages ,so sorry if I haven’t managed to get back to you yet, but I hope to over the next couple days . I would like to thank all the day girls who have been so supportive this week which has been an incredibly sad one , as I lost my life long horse Sky , she was 30 and I’ve owned for 28 years .Special thanks to Bethany who has work really hard in the paddocks etc , Izzy Jones for all the jobs she done and even cleaned my toilet floor for me . Jess and the girls for cleaning the grooming kits , Holly and Danielle for scrubbing all the feed and water buckets , Seren for sorted the feed room and the day girls arena , too Steve and Keith for making sure all the maintenance is up to date. I’m very grateful to you all for all your hard work and support .Xx

Thank you too all my customers who supported our Charity yesterday for buying a raffle ticket for a free riding lesson , It raised £100 for Cancer research and for the hospice who our very good friend Ian Barker ,only 57yrs ,lost his life too . The winner ticket was number 62 , our little Charlotte , so congratulations to her . Over all we raised £5,280.00! Thank you for everybody involved and for everyone who came and supported us .R.I.P
