Can you hear the jingle of sleigh bells? Father Christmas is on his way to our Grotto… see you all tomorrow from 12 noon 🎄 🎅🏻 🎁

This Saturday is the Twyning School Christmas Fair! We have locals stalls including What Jo Bakes and her wonderful cupcakes 🧁 , Helen Kate Designs and her stunning art prints 🖼️, EJ and her amazing hand made jewellery 💎, Ella Harrison and her lovely hand made bags 💼 , Mike Washbourne and his skilfully hand turned wooden gifts 🥣 as well as stalls from the Scouts ⚜️, reindeer food 🦌facepainting 🎨 FREE SCHOOL UNIFORM, teddy 🧸/ chocolate 🍫 / bottle 🍾tombolas, the secret wrapping room 🎁 AND FATHER CHRISTMAS🎅🏼 in the grotto!!! 🎄
Free entry, refreshments available including hot chocolate, cakes and hot dogs! 🌭

RECEPTION 2026 INTAKE
If you or anyone you know would like a tour of the school with your Reception 2026 child/children, please ring or speak to Mrs Bowen to book an appointment. We are happy to show you around anytime.

Online applications for September 2026 entry will need to be submitted between 3 November 2025 and 15 January 2026.

KEY DATES:

From November 2025 : Letters are sent out to Gloucestershire residents explaining how to apply for a school place

From 3 November 2025 to Midnight 15 January 2026 : Application Window opens. Closing date for school applications is Midnight on 15 January 2026

16 April 2026 : Allocation Day

To apply for a Reception or Junior place from September 2025, or any other year groups, you will need to apply to the school directly using the In Year Admissions process. Please see our In Year Admissions webpage.
