If you are seeking a tutor for primary school-aged children (including those preparing for grammar school entrance exams) or teenagers who need assistance in achieving functional skills in English (levels 1-3), I currently have a few spaces available. I am happy to travel to your location for tutoring sessions.

I currently teach at a local primary school and alternative provision centre and have several years of tutoring experience. I have worked with EAL (English as an Additional Language) students, children with EHCPs (Education, Health and Care Plans), and home-educated children to help them reach their full potential.

With nearly 30 years of experience and having served as a SENCo (Special Educational Needs Coordinator) in two schools, I am well-equipped to support your child or young person in achieving their best

I’m an experienced primary school teacher - I’ve taught all year groups and have been SENCo in two schools. I have a passion for local history and art.
I can create varied and flexible tutoring sessions (from phonics through to Maths/English and Science for 11 year olds). I can create sessions tailored to your child’s needs and interests.
