My Story
I have began another career pathway from Estate Agency and Iturned the corner into Childcare working in a Nursery, trained to be qualfied teaching assistant and specialising in special educational needs. This was an ideal career whilst bringing up my two sons of school age. As soon as they became more independant I studied to become a quaified tutor working for Community Education of Lew

isham. I supported students in NCFE CACHE Childcare and Teaching qualifications. I created my own business as a training provider, involving not only directing and managing the company but training a small selection of exisitng students to become tutors to represent my company. I built relationships with housing associations, charity organisations and schools to provide this service. My company was presented an award for “Project of the Year” from London & Quadrant Housing Association achieved by training residents to prepare for childcare and teaching roles.
300 residents achieved NCFE CACHE qualifications from Level 2 - 3, gain employment and sustained their employment by continue their studies to high specialised areas. I am now semi-retired and remain a Director of my company working from home. I continue to create career pathways as a personal tutor online, working through each assignment with the learner every step of the way to success!
