** A reminder for anyone coming from Lydd/Hamstreet/Appledore way the road closure is AFTER Kench Hill so ignore the road closure signs and come straight through!! 🐶

With ArchieZone completing a great stallholder list, we’re officially set for a fully packed, joyful day at Kench Hill! We can’t wait to welcome you 🥳

We will not be defeated by the Tenterden road closures!
The Kench Hill Fun Dog Show is absolutely going ahead THIS SATURDAY (9-3), and we’d love to welcome you 🐶

Our team have poured an enormous amount of work into making this event happen, and as our only fundraising event this year, your support truly matters. This fundraiser keeps our educational work thriving, and we’re deeply grateful to everyone who comes along 🫶

Travel information:
The diversion signs from Tenterden are currently placed far out of the way, so please follow the attached map for the correct route. It includes Preston Lane (also known as Pigeon Hoo), which is very narrow and not suitable for lorries or HGVs.

If you’re travelling through Appledore (from Rye, Romney Marsh, or Ashford), you can safely ignore the “Road Closed” signs; the closure is after Kench Hill, so access to the dog show is completely unaffected. If you need any extra travel advice, please feel free to contact us; we’re happy to help you get here smoothly.

Timings:
We open from 9am for registration, and the first classes begin at 10am.

We can’t wait to welcome you to the Fun Dog Show next Saturday. Alongside our tombola, we also have brilliant time‑trial prizes kindly donated by Gladwells Pet & Country Store and gorgeous plants for sale thanks to the generosity of Pinecove Nursery 🌷🐾

Food and alcohol donated by Waitrose, Tesco, The Vine and The Grapevine 🍷🫶🏼
