πŸŽ‰ GCSE Results Day Success at Tenbury High Ormiston Academy! πŸŽ‰

Today, we are celebrating the amazing achievements of our Year 11 students as they receive their GCSE results and prepare for their next exciting steps.

We are incredibly proud of every student. Their hard work, determination and resilience have shone through, and today's results are a reflection of the commitment they have shown throughout their time at THOA.

This year has been another fantastic one for our school. Following our Good Ofsted rating in 2024, students have achieved, on average, one grade higher in every subject than in previous years. Attendance has also remained significantly above the national average, helping students make the most of every learning opportunity.

As a result, Tenbury High Ormiston Academy continues to go from strength to strength and is fully subscribed for September 2026.

A special congratulations goes to some of our highest-achieving students:

🌟 Esme - Six Grade 9s, one Grade 8 and two Grade 7s
🌟 Izzy - Six Grade 9s, one Grade 8 and two Grade 6s
🌟 Alby - Two Grade 9s, six Grade 8s and one Grade 7
🌟 Felix - Three Grade 9s, three Grade 8s, two Grade 7s and one Grade 6
🌟 Abi - Two Grade 9s, three Grade 8s and three Grade 7s
🌟 Rose - Two Grade 9s, four Grade 8s, one Grade 7, one Grade 6 and one Grade 5
🌟 Katie - Three Grade 8s, five Grade 7s and one Grade 5

We know that every student's journey is different, and today we celebrate all of our Year 11 students for their individual successes and the progress they have made over the last five years.

To our fantastic Class of 2026: Congratulations! We are so proud of you all and can't wait to see what the future holds. πŸŽ“βœ¨

Collection of Results 2026

Students will be able to collect an envelope containing their Statement of Results from school on Thursday 20th August 2026, between 10:00am and 11:00am, in the Orchard Suite (canteen). Please enter via the red gate at the front of the school.

Members of staff, including the Senior Leadership Team, will be available at this time to offer support and guidance with any exam-related queries.

If a student is unable to attend in person, their results will be available on the Education Record app from 11:00am. Students were given the opportunity to link their accounts during school on 12th June, so they should be ready to access their results.

Please note that this app is managed externally, so if there are any delays in uploading results, this is unfortunately beyond the school’s control.

As we reach the end of another successful school year, we would like to wish all of our families a happy, healthy and restful summer holiday.

Thank you for your continued support, encouragement and valuable feedback throughout the year. We are incredibly proud of everything we have achieved together, and none of it would have been possible without the support of our wider school community.

The very best thing about our school is our wonderful children. They are a credit to both their families and our school, and throughout this year they have impressed us with their hard work, resilience, kindness and achievements. They have given us so many reasons to be proud.

We hope you all enjoy the summer break, taking time to relax, recharge your batteries and make special memories with family and friends. Most importantly, please stay safe.

We look forward to welcoming students back in September:

Year 7s had a fantastic final night at Condover Hall! πŸŽ‰

The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly Mr Hawkins getting everyone on their feet, leading the Cha Cha Slide!!

There was plenty of laughter, dancing, and great memories made as the students enjoyed their last night together before heading home.

A wonderful end to a fantastic trip! πŸ’ƒπŸ•Ίβœ¨
