**Existing Customers**

The competition is open to both new and existing Tots Play customers, including customers who have already booked a trial or subscription.

If an existing customer of Tots Play Telford East wins the competition, the prize will not be applied retrospectively to any booking or payment already made and no refund will be issued for classes already paid for.

Instead, the prize will be applied to a future eligible booking, as agreed with the winner.

The prize has no cash alternative and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.

What if my baby sleeps through the whole class? 😴
It happens, and that’s totally okay! Our classes are completely baby-led, and since sleep is how little ones process all the exciting new things they’re learning, we expect some sleepy tots now and then. Plus, playtime is hard work! 💤
One of the best parts is that you’ll take home simple, fun play ideas using everyday items, so you can try them again when baby is awake and ready! But also, you will get to spend time with other grown-ups who are at exactly the same stage as you 💕
