Natalie is Deputy Head Teacher at Villa Real School in County Durham, where she works with students aged 2-19 with complex needs. She has 24 years of experience working with children with complex physical, learning and communication needs, and is one of only five licensed PODD trainers in the UK.

Her AAC practice is neuro-affirming, built on a ‘can do’ approach that presumes competence and focuses on strengths. That comes through in every aspect of her training. 💙

Natalie delivers two courses with us: an Introduction to AAC and the PODD Communication System Introductory Training.

Sean is a Speech and Language Therapist and Senior Lecturer at the University of Manchester, with more than 25 years of experience in the NHS, Higher Education and the charity sector. He’s a three-time winner of the RCSLT Sternberg Award for Clinical Innovation and has been nominated by his students as Most Inspiring Lecturer. It’s easy to see why! 😊

Sean delivers five courses with us, covering bilingualism, speech sound disorder, transcription and early language intervention. Something for everyone, whatever stage of your career you’re at.
