It’s conference day, and the TTC team are looking forward to meeting fleet operators and industry professionals from across the road transport sector.

It’s almost time!

Next week, TTC and our valued partner, Kier Group, will be heading to the UK Fleet Champions Awards 2026, where we’re delighted to be shortlisted for the Fleet Safety Partnership Award.

This recognition is a testament to what can be achieved when two organisations come together with a shared commitment to making roads safer.

Over the past few years, our partnership with Kier has transformed driver risk management across a fleet of 10,000 drivers, moving beyond compliance to create a more proactive, data-led approach to road safety.

By combining Kier’s commitment to its people with TTC’s Continuum platform, tailored training and risk management expertise, we’ve worked together to create measurable improvements and support a safer driving culture.

We’re all set up at the National Safer Roads Partnerships Conference 2026!

Our team is looking forward to catching up with partners, colleagues and road safety professionals from across the community over the next couple of days.

It’s already been a busy morning, with lots of great conversations around our Youth Justice eScooter and eBike Out of Court Resolution programmes.

It’s fantastic to see the level of interest in how these programmes can support police forces and Youth Justice teams through education and early intervention, helping to engage young people, address risk and encourage safer choices.

There are plenty more conversations to come, along with new ideas, opportunities and partnerships to explore.

Driver training shouldn’t be about completing modules. It should be about changing behaviour.

One of the challenges with fleet driver training is that a one-size-fits-all approach rarely reflects the reality of individual driver risk.

Different drivers have different experiences, habits and areas for improvement. Yet too often, everyone receives the same training, at the same time, regardless of what their risk profile tells us.

A more effective approach is to use data to understand where the greatest risks are, and then make learning relevant to those risks.

That’s the thinking behind TTC’s approach to driver eLearning.

Through Continuum, a driver’s personal risk assessment helps identify the areas where targeted education can have the greatest impact. Bite-sized learning can then be delivered over time, helping reinforce safer behaviours without overwhelming drivers or taking them away from their day-to-day responsibilities.
