Just a reminder in case you missed it!

We will be celebrating our Harvest festival next week.

From the 5th-9th October we will be collecting tins and dried food for the local food bank. We would be incredibly grateful for any donations.

On the 5th we will also be dressing up like farmers to celebrate along with singing some lovely harvest songs! please do not go out any buy anything special for this, any autumnal colours (I.e. red, orange, green, yellow)

🛒💕 A Little Something New for Our Baby Room! 💕🛒

We’re so excited to introduce our lovely new stroller to our Baby Room! 🥰 It’s perfect for taking our little ones out and about and means we can enjoy even more exciting adventures together in our local community.

The children have already been enjoying trips out in their new stroller, including a lovely visit down to the train station 🚂, where they could watch the trains coming and going and take in all the sights and sounds around them.

We’ve also enjoyed a special trip to our local shop, where the children had the opportunity to choose their own little snacks! 🍎🍪 It was a wonderful chance to build confidence, make choices and develop those important everyday life skills — all while having lots of fun along the way.

We love being able to give our little ones these opportunities to explore the world around them, experience their local community and create lots of special memories together. 💕🌍

Here’s to many more little adventures in our lovely new stroller! 🥰🛒✨

🌾🚜 Harvest Festival Fun! 🚜🌾

As part of our learning about the Harvest Festival, our preschool children had an exciting trip out to Mr Huckley’s farm to see a real combine harvester! 🌾

The children were fascinated to see the huge machine up close and learn more about how farmers harvest the crops. It was a fantastic opportunity to bring our learning to life and see first-hand how much hard work goes into the harvest. 🌾👩‍🌾👨‍🌾

We also had a very special treat — meeting John’s adorable ferrets, who are only 8 weeks old! 🥰 We then got to meet the farm dogs too, who were a big hit with everyone! 🐶❤️

A wonderful day of exploring, learning and making special memories. A huge thank you to Mr Huckley and for welcoming us to the farm and making our visit so special! 🌾🚜🐾

A huge Happy 100th Birthday to Gladice and Happy 95th Birthday to Rene! 🎈🎂
Our preschool children from Central Park Nursery feel incredibly grateful and honoured to have been invited to celebrate two very special birthdays — Gladice’s 100th birthday and Rene’s 95th birthday! 🥳💐
Our children absolutely loved being part of such a wonderful celebration. One of the most special moments was sharing the presents we had brought for Gladice and Rene and seeing their lovely smiles as they opened them. 🎁❤️ The children were so excited and proud to give them their gifts and share a little bit of happiness on their very special birthdays.
It was such a wonderful opportunity for our children to share in these amazing milestones, bringing lots of smiles, laughter and joy to such a memorable occasion. ❤️

🎉 Huge congratulations to Mia & Ebony! 🎉

After all their hard work and dedication, they’ve officially passed their Level 3 with DISTINCTIONS! 🏆✨

And they’re not stopping there… next up, Level 5! 📚💪

🌱🍅 Our Rising 3’s had a very special adventure today! 🍎🌽

For the very first time, our little explorers visited Grandad Ray’s allotment, and what a wonderful morning of outdoor learning, exploring and tasting it was! 💚

We started by feeding the fish 🐟 before heading off to explore the allotment and discover all the exciting things growing around us.

🍎 We picked fresh apples straight from the trees
🍅 Ventured into the greenhouse to taste freshly grown tomatoes
🌽 Became brilliant little helpers, helping us take down the sweet corn
🫐 Tried some delicious raspberries
🌱 Explored the different plants, fruits and vegetables growing around the allotment

Our Rising 3’s also loved learning about some of the different gardening tools, including rakes and spades, and discovering what they are used for. 🪏

There was so much curiosity as the children touched, smelled, tasted and explored the natural world around them. Experiences like this are such a lovely way for our little ones to learn where our food comes from, develop an appreciation for nature and enjoy getting hands-on outdoors. 🌿☀️

A huge thank you to Grandad Ray for welcoming our Rising 3’s to the allotment and giving them such a lovely first experience. We think we may have some future little gardeners on our hands! 👩‍🌾👨‍🌾💚

🍏Our fresh fruit and veggies are all topped up again from Grandad Rays allotment and we've got some more of the lovely marrow chutney made with our ginormous marrows!🍐
🍯Big shout out to Tristan from Bridgnorth Honey, just up the road from our allotment for supplying some local honey for the children to try!🍯

🐻🌿 We’re Going on a Bear Hunt! 🌿🐻

What a wonderful adventure our preschool children had on their special visit to our local nursing home! ❤️

Inspired by We’re Going on a Bear Hunt, the children and residents enjoyed a fun-filled themed experience together. We went through the swishy-swashy grass, splashed through the river, squelched through the mud and, of course, kept our eyes peeled for that bear! 👀🐻

It was so lovely to see different generations coming together, sharing smiles, laughter and special moments. The children loved taking their adventure beyond preschool, while the residents were wonderful companions on our bear hunt. 🥰

Experiences like this are so valuable for our children, helping them build confidence, develop their communication skills and make meaningful connections within their local community.

A huge thank you to everyone at our local nursing home for welcoming us and joining in with our adventure. We had a bear-y brilliant time! 🐻💛
