BEING PART OF A TEAM IS A COMMITMENT:

Your teammates are counting on you to be reliable, and that trust gets built or broken in the small moments.

Of course, life gets messy, and everyone has hard days. What matters is how you handle them. Speak up early, do the work you can, and be responsible when things get tough.

Showing up for each other only works if it's steady.

Your team needs you to be dependable, not just when it's easy.

LDDC….. we are a team 💙🖤🤍

I HAD to share this! 😍👏🏼 Look at this knee drop in her solo!
It’s the perfect example of why correct technique matters. A knee drop should never just be thrown into choreography — it needs to be taught and performed safely and correctly. 🩰
Done incorrectly, movements like this can put unnecessary stress on the knees and potentially cause problems later in life.
As dance teachers, our dancers’ bodies come first — we want them dancing safely now and for many years to come! ❤️
So proud of this beautiful, controlled technique! 👏🏼✨
