Ballet is one of the most popular and useful styles, Ballet not only gives you a strong foundation of technique but also helps you build muscle strength, coordination, balance and much more even some of the worlds famous footballers use ballet to help them train.

Jaz and limbering is one of the many great classes we offer at LDDC where students get a chance to work on new tricks clean up technique and stretch out to not only strengthen there jazz style but contribute to their other work too!

Hi everyone.
Just a quick reminder that we are staying on show timetable just for this week, we break up after classes on Saturday for half term, however we are closed on halloween so we can all go trick or treating and classes will be on Monday 24th to make up for missed day! Also no senior groups tonight, you all deserve an early night 😁 but please no more missed after tonight as we have competition in a few weeks.
