The children had a great time.

Today the Year 4's walked to visit the Thomas Telford statue, they are learning about their local area & heritage. They used maps & a compass to plan their journey.

As part of Receptionβs theme, "What Does a Farmer Do", The Reception classesβ spent a fantastic day at Home Farm in Attingham last week. They were guided around by two farmers. The children got to bottle feed the lambs and goat and also fed the pigs and cows. They all had the best day!

Class 3 have been using Lego WeDo to learn about Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM). They had to work as Team Ants to solve the challenge of how energy is created, stored, distributed and consumed. They built different models and then used the iPads to code them to make them move.
They have really enjoyed completing this over the last two days.

Miss Parsons challenged herself to walk 4 miles (12 laps) through May to raise money for a charity called More Than Fibro who help people with the condition Fibromyalgia and their friends or family.
Today she completed her challenge. Well done Miss Parsons we are all very proud.ππ
