I’ve just arrived back in the UK, feeling nourished after the best weekend with Annalisa, Max and their beautiful Nali Yoga community - in Carpi, Italy 🇮🇹

Such a wonderful group of yogis came together to practice with Stew across 4 mega inspiring sessions and we were super blessed to have savasana soundtracked live by Max, which was so special

The Freedom Within 🤍

Last weekend, I had the beautiful privilege of joining Sadhvi Bhagawati Saraswati for The Freedom Within retreat at De Vere Horsley.

It was a beautiful long weekend of satsang, sacred ritual, yoga, meditation, kirtan, conversation and connection, surrounded by so many beautiful, like-minded souls.

There is something very special about being in a space where spirituality is not something you have to explain. Where you can simply be, listen, learn, share, sing, sit in silence, and feel held by a community walking a similar path.

I’m so looking forward to returning to our Himalayan home at Parmarth Niketan with in February. 🧡🙏🏼

This weekend was a beautiful reminder that practice is ultimately about seva, or service.

I had the blessing of assisting my teacher, Stewart, on his latest Assists & Adjustment Training at Indaba in London. Supporting 26 beautiful souls as they embarked on a weekend of learning, refining their skills and deepening their understanding of how we can better support others in their physical practice.

It was such a joy to meet everyone, share what I could, offer guidance and watch confidence grow in such a short space of time. There’s something very special about being part of that journey.

Grateful to Stewart for the opportunity to serve, and to every one of you for bringing your openness, curiosity and energy to the room.

On Saturday I had the profound privilege of being at the Dhamecha Lohana Centre in Harrow for sacred darshan with HH Pujya Swami Chidanand Saraswatiji and Pujya Sadhvi Bhagawati Saraswatiji, in celebration of Pujya Swamiji’s 75th birth year.

To sit in their presence, to receive their wisdom and blessings was truly special. We explored what it means to live a spiritual life in an age of technology and AI - and how we can remain connected to what is truly human, meaningful and sacred. A topic that is so relevant today.

There was something incredibly beautiful about being surrounded by ashram family and community, right here in the UK. Parmarth Niketan ashram, on the banks of Ma Ganga in Rishikesh has become such a deeply meaningful spiritual place to me, and for a little while it felt I was right back there.

I was home. 🧡

JUST ANNOUNCED…. ♥️

Join me on Saturday 26th September for an extended Yogasana practice. We’ll allow ourselves more time to explore, deepen, and discover. We’ll move through standing and balancing postures, forward folds, seated postures, heart openers, and inversions, while exploring tristhana. Then we’ll round off with a deeply relaxing yoga nidra. I can’t wait!
