95% enjoy coming to Breakfast Club.
72% attend every day or most days.
67% make their own toast.
62% say Breakfast Club means they do not need to buy food at breaktime.
56% say it helps them get ready for the school day.

LEVEL UP ATTENDANCE CHALLENGE - STARTS TOMORROW! ⏰

Just one more day until our Level Up Attendance Challenge begins, with three weeks to go until half term. Let's make every day count!

Attendance has already improved across Telford Park, but we know there's more in the tank. The challenge: see how many students can level up and move into a higher attendance band before half term. Already in Band A? Stay there and you'll be in line for rewards too.

Make sure you know your attendance band, commit to attending every day, and speak to staff if you need any support along the way.

Help us build something special for our community

Our brand new Telford Park Community Library & Hub is opening soon, and we're looking for friendly, enthusiastic volunteers to help us create a welcoming space where people can read, learn, connect and thrive.

Whether you love books, enjoy meeting new people, have hospitality experience, or simply want to give something back to your community, we'd love to hear from you. Volunteer roles include:

Library Assistant, Story Reader, Barista, Food Prep Support, Toddler Group Volunteer, Events Helper, and Employability Mentor.

Sessions are flexible - choose a morning (9am-12pm) or afternoon (12pm-3pm) slot each week to suit your availability. Full training and support will be provided, including safeguarding, customer service, storytelling and SEND & inclusion training, so no previous experience is needed.

Join a warm, welcoming team and help local people Read. Connect. Belong.

Applications close Friday 16 October 2026, so don't wait too long to get in touch.

We're kicking off our Level Up Attendance Challenge, with 3 weeks to go until half term - let's make every day count!

Starting secondary school is a big step - and at Telford Park, our newest students get a space of their own to help them settle in with confidence.

Our purpose-built Year 7 building gives new starters a dedicated home for their first year, with a gentle, guided move into the main school building for specialist subjects like science and food technology as they grow more confident. Come and see it for yourself at our Open Evening on Monday 12 October, 5pm-8pm.

Becoming Telford Park 🎶💪 It was great to welcome Year 6 pupils from Randlay Primary School & Nursery to Telford Park last week. Students enjoyed getting active in our fitness suite and exploring rhythm and percussion in Music using our drums. Experiences like these are all part of Becoming Telford Park and helping young people get a feel for life at secondary school. We hope to see students and their families at our Open Evening on Monday 12th October, where they can explore more of the school, meet our staff and students, and take a look at our brand new dedicated Year 7 building.

Which band will your child be in this week? Our attendance ladder shows exactly how quickly missed days add up, even Band B means 19 days and 95 lessons lost across the year. 📚 Year 11, every session counts! Our intervention sessions are here to give students that little bit of extra support, whether it's revisiting a tricky topic or getting some focused exam practice in. It all adds up, and it's exactly the kind of support that helps students keep making progress. If your child hasn't been along yet, encourage them to speak to their subject teacher about getting involved.
