Leading up to World Mental Health Day we are holding various activities in school to encourage us all to focus more closely on everyone's mental health.
World Mental Health Day was created by the World Federation for Mental Health to raise awareness of, and drive positive change for, everyone’s mental health. ‘It’s also a chance to talk about mental health, how we need to look after it, and how important it is to get help if you are struggling.’
The theme for 2026 is “Lived experiences heard: real voices, real change”. Conversations about mental health make a difference. And they matter most when we listen to people’s experiences.

Goodbye September.. HELLO OCTOBER! 🎃

It's officially spoooooky season!👹😈🤡🎃👻🤠👽🤖

Did you know there's ONLY SEVENTEEN school days in October this year?! Then we get a WHOLE week off for half term!

That means just 17 mornings to get up, get in and make every day count!

With the countdown to half term on, can you be in for all 17 days and finish October with 100% attendance?

Remember, Miss McCurdy is running the 'Don't ghost us' challenge again this year for the last 2 weeks before half term! And this year.. the prizes are even better!

The challenge starts tomorrow.. Who's going to complete it 👀👻
