Places are still up for grabs on a number of courses including Functional Skills English and Maths, Creative Textiles and an Introduction to Special Educational Needs and Disability.

Taking place at centres in different parts of the borough including Madeley and Woodside, these programmes can help you to gain new skills, boost your confidence and improve your wellbeing.

You can still join English and Maths programmes the following week, even if you miss the first session of the course.

Good morning, and a very Happy New Year to everyone!

We have some lovely news to share with you all. The Toddler Nursery had an Ofsted inspection at the end of November and we can now finally tell everyone that we received GOOD! The Ofsted Inspector stated that it was a very high good. We were all over the moon as the staff work so hard to make the nursery a success and their hard work has paid off. We are so proud of our settings and our staff, we can only thank them all and all our parents and carers for their support too. Have a look and see what the Inspector said

Urgent announcement! Unfortunately we have a serious flood in the preschool this morning so are unable to open to ensure the safety of everyone. We will keep you informed for this afternoon and tomorrow. We can only apologise for this but it is beyond our control

What a lovely performance by the children this morning. Can we please ask that you do NOT put other children on your own page, either crop the photo or blur out other faces, this will jeopardise any photo opportunities for any other performances. Many thanks

Here are the dates for upcoming Christmas festivities, please speak to a member of staff if you have any questions:

Christmas lunch will be 20th December if you would like your child to attend please speak to a member of staff to book them in and for costs.

Christmas parties:
Preschool will be Wednesday 19th December 10.30 to 12 for those attending in the mornings and 1.30-3 for those attending in the afternoons. If your child does not attend on this day please speak to a member of staff to book them in.

Toddler/babies will be Thursday 20th December 10.30-12 for those attending in the mornings and 1.30-3 for those attending in the afternoons. Again if your child does not attend on this day please speak to a member of staff to book them in.

Christmas performance will be on Tuesday 18th December 10am to 11am all children from both settings will be performing at the Baptist Church next to the pre-school. There will be a limited number of tickets (2 per family). Any spare tickets will be put into the hat to draw, so if you require more let a staff member know so you are added to the draw list.

Staff are available to talk to you if you have any questions.

Good afternoon, we can now confirm that the photographs for the pre-school children will now take place on Wednesday 21st November between 8.30am and 11.30am. Those parents who would like toddlers or babies to have photos taken, please take your child up to the pre-school. Thank you

Toddler nursery PLEASE NOTE we have one confirmed case of chicken pox and one confirmed case of hand, food and mouth can we ask you to be please be aware and if your child shows signs of illness to be aware and look for telltale spots. Thank you
