It has come to our attention that a photograph of one of our schools has been used in promotional material by a candidate for a political party. The LGB of the school in question has requested the immediate removal of the photograph from the party’s promotional materials, which advertises an event with which the school is neither involved nor endorses. The photograph was used without our consent.

Learning Community Trust adheres strictly to the DfE guidance on political impartiality in schools and I would like to reassure our families and staff that the photograph in question was taken some time ago and for entirely different purposes than for the promotion of the event it has been used to advertise this week.
