What can you expect at the Calm Cafe?

We can support you with safety planning, coping mechanisms and management techniques to help reduce the risk of crisis. As well as offering support, we can also refer and direct you to further services if required.

The café works on a drop-in basis and provides a warm and welcoming space. You will be greeted by a member of the team who will ask for some basic information so that they are able to understand what support you may require.
