😎 Happy Summer Everyone! 😎

We would like to thank everyone for all the lovely cards, gifts and thank you messages that staff have received, these are never expected but are always truly appreciated.

We would also like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for your support throughout this school year.

Finally we would like to wish all our children, families and staff a very happy summer! 😁

⭐ GOODBYE TO OUR WONDERFUL YEAR 6 CHILDREN AND FAMILIES! ⭐

Today we said goodbye to our year 6 leavers. We feel very privileged to have known the children and to have experienced many fun, happy and memorable times with them. We are confident that they will all settle quickly into their new schools and continue to be amazing!

This morning we held a special leaver's celebration assembly for the children and their parents/carers. Children shared some special words and memories about their time at Haughton School and they told us what they were looking forward to at their new schools.

Children sang their leavers song beautifully and very confidently and we shared a drink and a cake to toast everybody on their way!

A big thank you to all parents/carers/family members who came along to share this very special occasion.

We held a second assembly this afternoon for everyone else to say good luck and goodbye.

At the end of the day, the red carpet was rolled out for the final time as each child walked out to cheers, applause and a very warm farewell before we waved the children off.

We wish all our leavers the very best - we are sure we will still see them from time to time.

🎉 HAPPY RETIREMENT MRS HUKINS! 🎉

Today we bid a happy retirement and a fond but sad farewell to Mrs Pamela Hukins, after an incredible 24 years at Haughton School!

We are incredibly grateful to Mrs Hukins for her hard work, dedication and kindness. Throughout her time at Haughton School, she has made a positive impact on the lives of so many children and the difference she has made will never be forgotten.

Goodbye and good luck - we will all miss you so much! ❤️🦡

🎉💃 🪩 YEAR 6 LEAVERS CELEBRATION DISCO 🪩🕺🎉

Thank you to our wonderful year 6 children and families who joined us last night for our special celebration disco.

Zac arrived in a fantastic big yellow American taxi! 🚕

There was lots of dancing, laughter and fun. Everyone enjoyed hot dogs, refreshments and a visit from the ice cream van, making it a night to remember.

It was lovely to see Mrs Knox, who popped in to see everyone! 🥰

A huge thank you to our staff and everyone who helped make the evening such a success and a special thank you to Mrs Williams for buying the ice creams! 🍦

A fantastic evening filled with smiles, friendship and special memories. 😊
