This is what our First Aid at Work students have been doing for the last 3 days. Lots of practical putting these into practice, but at the end of the course they made a note of some of the mnemonics they had learnt.

In September we will be running a FREC 3 course (First Response Emergency Care). This course is great for those who want to take their First Aid to the next level. It is the starting qualification for those wanting to provide Event cover or those that are looking for a career in the ambulance service.
We have 2 space remaining on the course. It will run 21 - 25 Sep. Fully supported by our specialist trainers. Message us or comment below for more information.

We have spaces available on our 3 day First Aid at Work course Wednesday - Friday next week.
This is a good way of learning First Aid and this qualification is sought after by employers.
