Ski Slope and Nursery Slope Closure
Please note, both slopes at the centre will be closed for three weeks from Monday 30 September to Sunday 20 October 2024.
This is for the installation of a new sprinkler misting system.

We are sorry for the inconvenience.
The 3G pitch and changing rooms will remain open.

It was a double birthday celebration for the two Kens at Telford Snowboard and Ski Centre on Friday. Many happy returns to them at our regular Friday morning ski school.

Customer Notice: Update on Telford Snowboard and Ski Centre Investment Works Schedule

Please note the planned maintenance works and temporary closure of the site is now scheduled for early autumn. This is due to a delay in the availability of a specialist component.

The planned site improvements works to the slope including replacing the irrigation misting systems and associated drainage, improving the poma lift track and replacing the border green matting around the main slope are all still scheduled.

We are proceeding with the annual matting replacement work in July. The main ski slope will be closed on Monday-Wednesday for the next three works, 1-3 July, 8-10 July and 15-17 July. The main ski slope will be open Thursday-Sunday during this period. The 3G football pitch will remain open as normal.

We will keep you updated on the timetable of works and apologies for any inconvenience.

LEARN TO SKI IN A DAY ON SUNDAY 🎿
Telford Snowboard and Ski Centre in Madeley is offering day courses for complete beginners to set you off on your skiing journey.🎿
Suitable for anyone aged 13+. Prices are £81.30 for adults and £53.10 for juniors with a Telford Loyalty Card (TLC).
Ski for a day sessions are available on:

🫰 Sunday 11 February (9.30am-3.30pm)

Madeley Coronation Street Party – ROAD CLOSURE INFORMATION

Madeley will be holding a community Coronation event in the town on Saturday 6 May, please be aware that there will be a road closure in place to facilitate this.

PARK AVENUE, Madeley between the junction at High Street and the Tesco mini traffic island will be closed to vehicles from 9am – 3pm on Saturday 6 May.

There will be a temporary taxi rank on Tesco car park and buses will be diverted.

We are closed on Good Friday and Easter Monday.

Advanced booking only. Limited Spaces available. Snowboarding suitable for 8 years +. To book please contact the centre on 01952 382688.

Easter Timetable is now bookable. Activities include:

Tots Donuts (3-5 years old)
Tobogganing (5-10 years old)
Ski School (6 years+)
Adrenaline Tubing (8 years+)

All activities must be booked in advance as spaces are limited. Weather appropriate clothing must be worn with arms and legs covered and everyone must wear a pair of gloves for any activity.

We are open for recreational sessions until 7.30pm and Adult Ski School 8-10pm. Please consider your journey and travel safely if your planning on visiting site today.

The 3G Pitch will remain closed until further notice (or the snow has melted).

Due to technical issues (lift fault) we currently only have one working ski lift. Lessons are running as normal but please be patient if there is a longer than usual queue.

Its another busy week for us!

All ski schools are busy and recreational Sessions Saturday 11th & Sunday 12th February have been cancelled due to current bookings and slope capacity.

If you are planning a visit please ensure your session is already booked and we'll see you on the hill ⛷🏂

Wrap up warm and keep the kids busy with our one pound sessions every day next week (Monday to Friday).

Next week we are celebrating our 50th birthday! 🥳

On Thursday 27 October we will be opening our doors from 12pm until 9pm where we’d love you to pop along to try some new activities for great 1970’s pricing!

Some of the things planned include:

🥳 1970s fancy dress competition (it’s time to dig out that old ski wear!!)

⛷ Taster Ski Sessions - for all ages - the perfect opportunity to give skiing a try for the first time!
