Taking time for yourself isn’t selfish, it’s essential and what better way to look after your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing than with a good dose of Monday Night Line Dancing 🤠

Get moving, enjoy some great music, have a laugh, meet friends and give yourself an hour or two to switch off from everything.

Looking for a fun way to start your weekend? Why not swap the sofa for the dance floor and join us this Friday 21st August at Oak Tree Community Centre, Lightmoor Village.

Whether you’re completely new to line dancing or you’ve already got a few dances under your belt, there’s a warm welcome waiting for you. Come along, learn some new moves, enjoy great music and have plenty of laughs along the way!

Sunday 16th August LVLDC will be attending the annual Classic Car & Craft Fayre at Cuan Wildlife Rescue.

Jay will be instructing on stage at 1:15pm to 2:00pm.
