The grinch has finished his last brunch with us here at Big Street Little Feet so now with a full belly and now a full heart ♥️ filled with warmth and Christmas joy he is returning back to his home in whoville. Thank you to all the children and families that have taken the time to join him, and us, on our Saturday mornings

⭐️🎄 Today was our final Breakfast with our grumpy grinch but he will be back for one last time, for Brunch on Christmas Eve!

✨All the children who have visited Mr Grinch throughout December have done a great job at helping him find his love for Christmas again- I’m certain that by Christmas Eve his heart ♥️ will most definitely of grown three sizes bigger!

💚Thank you to everyone that came along today. The grinch cannot to see you all Christmas Eve, we do still have a few spaces on our 11:30-1 session for brunch with the Grinch 😊

Another amazing facilitator is joining the Big Heart Yoga family!

From January 24th Teresa is bringing her Me & My Baby Massage course to the studio.

Join Teresa, a retired Nurse, Health Visitor, and Certified Infant Massage Instructor, for a nurturing and baby-led 5-week baby massage course designed to strengthen the bond between you and your little one while promoting their wellbeing.

Each week, you’ll learn to massage a different part of your baby’s body, gradually building up to a full-body massage. Teresa combines Indian and Swedish massage techniques, gentle yoga stretches, and acupressure to create a soothing, effective practice.

The benefits of baby massage include:

- Relief from wind, colic, and constipation
- Easing teething discomfort
- Improved sleep and relaxation
- Enhanced bonding and communication

Teresa’s small group sessions are baby-led, ensuring a calm, supportive environment tailored to your baby’s needs. Sessions last 60-90 minutes, allowing plenty of time for learning and connection.

🌈⭐️We are asking for some ideas and suggestions with regards to when is more appropriate and ideal for these sessions to take place. The sessions will be shut off to the public to allow and create a less busy and a quieter environment for your children to play more comfortably and at their own pace.
