At Faye Tai Chi Friends we know and feel the benefits of Tai Chi... its great when Universities find the same. This time it's the University of Calgary in Canada 🇨🇦 with their research finding that tai chi techniques can improve pain, fatigue and sleep during cancer recovery. We are proud to collaborate with the Lingen Davies Cancer Support in sharing Tai Chi

In a world where there’s a pill for everything, a Calgary-based researcher and psychologist is prescribing mindfulness and tai chi to tackle persistent cancer recovery symptoms.

A fantastic day at the Unbroken Chain: Tai Chi and Qigong in the Garden . Many thanks for coming and persevering through the early rain.

Training in the gardens at Lillishall is always inspiring and the cafe affords social interactions.

It was fantastic to see everyone having fun and building friendships.

The teaching team of Sue, Dave, Diane and Pete were on splendid form teaching some very valuable principles of Tai Chi.

We are pleased to announce we made loads of money for the JDSS Bursary too. As Sue said it will help the Parkinsons class continue delivering Tai Chi as part of the Faye Tai Chi Friends programme.

Look forward to seeing you at our next event. Stay tuned!
