Keeping up CPR skills is an essential part of maintaining the skills required to save lives. The girls tonight decided to practice on our reporting Manikin for both children and adults and are proud to get 100% rate and depth results.

A fantastic weekend of cadet training in first aid!! 47 cadets trained in total all now qualified and OFQUAL certified first aiders, and excellent turnout for the school they attend. Well done to all the cadets in their successful completion.

Time is essential when someone is on cardiac arrest, for every passing minute, survival rate decreases by 10%.

Updating the mental health statistics in preparation for another first aid in mental health course only to discover that there has now been a 6.9% increase in the su***de rates in 2021 than 2020!!!
