We would love all children to come dressed as rockstars - the rockier the better! There’s dancing, singing, shouting and dance battles!!
There is also RockKidz merchandise available to buy on the playground after school.

How Much Sleep Does Your Child Really Need?

Are you wondering how many hours of sleep your child should be getting each night? And how does their actual sleep compare to this ideal amount?

Insufficient sleep can significantly impact various aspects of your child's life, including:

Academic Performance: Poor sleep can hinder focus and learning capabilities.

Emotional Well-Being: Lack of sleep can lead to mood swings and irritability.

Behavioural Issues: Increased anger, frustration, and a short temper may arise.

Sensory Sensitivities: Sleep deprivation can heighten sensitivity to sensory inputs.

Energy Levels: Insufficient rest can lead to fatigue and low energy throughout the day.

If your child is struggling with sleep, don’t hesitate to seek support.

Miss Hullin Fest 2024
It may need to be an annual event! We dressed in our colourful rainbow clothes 🌈, we had icecreams from the icecream man, we had a big bouncy obstacle course, a BBQ outside, loud music and a wonderful day! We have amazing children and team at SAF and they make us proud everyday!
1 more day and an emotional Year 6 leavers’ assembly to get through ❤️

Today, our whole school came together to say goodbye and good luck to the wonderful Miss Hullin. She has been a teacher with us for 17 years and has had an enormous impact on our EYFS, outdoor learning, ECTs and everything school related. We will miss her immensely but know she is off to exciting new adventures.
"It's not the end. It's just the beginning".
I know you will all join us in wishing Miss Hullin a fabulous goodbye and thankyou!

Today, Mrs Pigg and Mrs Tomlinson have spoken at the Westminster Education Forum and talked about our SEND provision within school. They championed the need for more funding for SEND needs and for earlier intervention in EYFS. We have an exemplary provision for our SEND learners and it was positive to celebrate how our school adapts to fit the needs of our pupils.
