This is my proudest video of 2025

A lot of f**kry I’ve been through this year:

• Trying to find my self worth.
• Having £10 to my name
• Recovering from my first pec tear.
• Tearing my other pec
• My girlfriend breaking up with me.
• My mom losing her battle to cancer.

This video is a receipt for my resilience and commitment to myself. I’ve over come all of this and will continue to do better. To be better.

Regardless of the circumstances, I will come out in top! Mark my Bloodclaat words 😤 🙏🏾

And that’s a wrap people 🙏🏾

After 3 years of fun, classes, hard work and dedication, I’ve officially left

These have genuinely been some of the best years I’ve had. From forcing people to do more burpees to helping a huge range of people with a range of different fitness goals it’s all been so rewarding. I’ve worked with some amazing people and even better members. I just hope I left my mark on that gym🙌🏾

It’s time to move on to bigger and better things however. My next venture will improve me as a person and a coach so keep an eye on the space because I’m keeping the dream alive.

I’m coming for you👀

Words can’t describe the transformation has been through. Not only physical but mental. 🤯

He came to me with little confidence in the gym and in himself. He wanted to change but didn’t know how to go about doing it properly.

With my guidance and his hard work, we have managed to:

✅Drastically improve confidence
✅Improve gym confidence
✅significantly Improve cardio and fitness
✅Increase his lean muscle mass
✅Decrease his body fat and weight!

Tom is now prepping for a solo hyrox competition and a doubles hyrox race with me😮‍💨

Can’t get over the mental transformation he has gone through in only a year!🙌🏾

I’m super proud of you Tom, even if I don’t show it sometimes 😅

Keep doing you king 👑

This one is a personal one for me. This is my amazing mom! And over the time we’ve been working together she has more than exceeded expectations!

She asked me to help her get to and keep in control of her weight as well as become more physically active. I think it’s safe to say we’ve achieved that and then some!

She went from being 87kg (13st 9) to 61.36 (9st 9) in just over a year!

Of course there have been hiccups and of course there have been unforeseen circumstances that have came along but we’ve managed to work with them and achieve so much!

Super proud of you mom, don’t stop being amazing ❤️🙌🏾

Hope you’re listening!! 👂🏾

As someone who’s been through my own transformation and is an online and 1-1 based coach, I am extremely determined to help people with their own transformations and hitting their fitness goals to be the best version of themselves!

❌This is not a generic service that I just hand out to everyone!

I will work with you on a 1-1 basis so you will 100% hit your goals💪🏾

I will give you structure to your fitness, make personalised plans and keep you accountable by tracking everything we work on together!

Just a couple of ways in which I’ve managed to help my client ⬇️

Dawn- Her goal was to lose weight. We managed to drop over 3 stone, lost loads of inches and gained confidence to gym by herself!

started as around 90kg and managed to build him up to sitting around 100kg comfortably. This is optimal for him as a rugby player!

started at 100kg and worked down to 83kg ready for his wedding 💪🏾

felt that he was skinny and wanted to pack on muscle. We managed to gain 5kg of lean muscle mass and he’s loving his new physique!

was determined to lose body fat and classes weren’t cutting it for him. We started at just over 100kg and managed to lose 11kg of fat and managed to build a better physique after he came to me💪🏾

This is the right opportunity for you if you are:

✅ Tired of not seeing results after a long time of not trying to!

✅Struggling to stay on track with training, nutrition and have no clue what you’re doing

✅If you want to build a better physique that you can be proud of and get the education on how to maintain/ develop on it for yourself 🙌🏾

This isn’t for you if:

You aren’t willing to invest time and effort into improving yourself ❌

Don’t completely trust me to work through your problems as a professional coach❌

Improving your health and fitness isn’t extremely important to you ❌

With that being said, if you’ve looked at this opportunity and you are interested in improving your life for the better by working with me on a 1-1 basis

Simply DM me the word ‘January Slots’ and I’ll let you know how everything works!
