Slow Cooker Thai Green Curry with chicken and jumbo prawns, jasmine rice and Thai style crackers. Will be ready in about 4 or 5 hours.
This should be an interesting one!
Usually do pulled pork on New Year's Eve but fancied a change!
Will post more when it's plated up.

Sorry I've not posted in a while! Had my head firmly wedged up my arse after the last 6 or so months!
Here are my cheap and easy naan bread pizzas. Everything bought from Aldi UK. Really cheap and easy to make. The top was covered in some Gran Padano I had left in the fridge.
If you want the full recipe let me know!

My bacon, onion and cheese risotto. It was incredible.
Full video inbound when I make it again. Unfortunately I didn't have much food in last night so I winged this one. It was so good I had to share!

By no means the greatest photos, as I hadn't started this page at that point.
I will be doing a video soon on how to make the greatest, crunchiest roast potatoes in the world.
I like to top mine with cheese and garlic salt but that is up to you :)

Another cheap, delicious and easy dinner!
Cheese on toast with beans and sausages, fried eggs and brown sauce.
Definitely one of my favourites!

This was our New Year's Eve feast, just as I do every year. Smokey pulled pork with onions, stuffing and ciabatta rolls. It was lovely!
Is it just me or does anyone else ever look at a sachet mix, a shop bought dessert/meal, or loads of other foods where it says "Serves 4", and you think "What a load of crap. I could eat that all to myself"?
Who are they testing these meals out on to get these ridiculously overstated numbers?
Get in my belly!
My Sausage Casserole! It tastes a lot better than the end photo as my sausages were buried under all of the the vegetables and sauce... This one is so cheap, delicious, and easy to make!
Please be kind. This was my first video. Thanks to the Mighty Hoof for editing it together for me!
Recipe and Method Below!
Ingredients (Serves 8 Apparently. I'm greedy so it served 3/4)
2 sachets Colman's sausage casserole seasoning mix
2 tbsp vegetable oil
16 sausages sausages
2 large onions sliced
250 grams mushrooms sliced
2 red/yellow/green peppers sliced (optional)
600 ml cold water
Method
Preheat the oven to 180° C , 170° C fan assisted, Gas mark 4.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the sausages until browned, add the onions and cook for a further 3-4 minutes until softened. Place in an ovenproof casserole dish with the mushrooms and pepper.
Blend the contents of the sachet with the water and add to the dish. Cover and cook for 1 hour.
Enjoy with creamy mashed potato and seasonal vegetables.
