Tonight we had the carded boxers (squad) doing some multiple, short, conditioned rounds working on the fundamentals outside whilst the session continued inside.

A good weekend at the Midlands Box Cup. Haddi winning his semi final bout Saturday but wasn’t to go our way in the Final!

Harvey’s first ever bout in a semi final at a box cup event, lots of learnings but an absolute pleasure to take out.

Extremely proud to have both Harvey and Haddi at the event representing the club.

Can’t win them all but we’re trying our very best too.

Jakes first skills bout and with boxing so well, now officials have marked his card ‘no more skills’ 👏🏼
Then next up was George against a lad with a really good record. George boxed beautifully, winning unanimous! 👏🏼👌🏼

Big well done to Marykate Smith being selected for the England Squad.

No longer at the club but will always be grateful for the great memories, adventures and all we’ve been through together. Always part of the TABC family.

Walked through the door one day after only having one skills bout and left with 11 wins, 3 gold medals and boxed for England.

We are lucky to have some great people/boxers at Telford ABC. Paige hasn’t been boxing long but has shown real commitment and has come a long way. Consistency is paying off.

Just a reminder that the brand new boxwise fully funded (free) starts this Thursday.

Ideal for complete beginners. Gloves provided a long with a packed lunch type meal at the end of each session.

Great day at the GB boxing camp in Sheffield today. Great opportunity and experience for the boxers helping with a padding workshop for the England Boxing women’s coaching development programme. Linzi took 3 of the squad up and as always they did the club proud.
