What a night for our Elite Football Programme! ⚽️💜

We were delighted to welcome Erin Foley (GK) and Beth McGowan from First Team, who gave up their evening to spend time with our girls.

They opened with a Q&A about their journey so far: the sacrifices, the challenges, and what it really takes to break into first-team football at a young age. Our players had some brilliant questions, and the honesty in the answers was something they’ll take with them.

Then it was boots on 🔥 Erin and Beth led a training session, giving our girls the chance to learn first-hand from players competing at a higher level.

Our Year 12 students also made the most of the visit, filming an interview with Erin and Beth 🎥 Watch this space!

A huge thank you to Erin, Beth and Exeter City Women for their time and inspiration. Our students loved every minute! 🙌

We started on the sand, practising our pop-ups until we had them nailed, then headed into the water to catch some waves. Blue skies, gentle surf and plenty of big smiles all round 🌊💙
