What a fun filled week this week we have had!!. We have had lots of water play to keep us cool. We have had some fun activities set up in the shade, junk modelling has been a huge hit!. We have had a variety of things been made from rockets to televisions. We had a beautiful fairyland theatre made with all the fairies and animals having lots of fun! The children sat for ages watching what they were going to do!. Some other children also acted out stories using masks and props. We have also cooled down with some ice pops and frozen watermelon.

What a fantastic week we have had we rescued a baby bird who had caught its claw in the nest. The children then decided to draw their own version. We have also had lots of water play using various water toys. The great excitement was when a digger came to fix some cables in Dinton Park. We had great delight watching them!

What a splashing 💦 good time we have had this week! This hot weather means we have been having lots of fun with water play. We have played with tubes and funnels and have done lots of splashing. ☀️☀️

We had so much fun last week when Mini Athletics came to visit. This week it was all about a fun fair. We pretended we were on the helter skelter and played on the coconut shy. We did all this by using bean bags and cones!. The children had so much fun and really enjoyed the running races at the end.

This week hedgehogs have been in the Forest making some Gargoyles. We moulded our clay around our sticks and then decorated them. We discussed the different types of emotions that they could have. We think they look very happy!

Rabbit's this week have had loads of fun in the Forest, they have been exploring the area. They have been bug hunting, making potions and doing lots of digging! They even had snacks whilst up there! Sounds like a great time 🌲🌳🌿

We've had another great week! We watched our butterflies 🦋 emerge and have had a great time painting with a view into Dinton park 🎨. We have had lots of fun with water play too 💦!! We hope you have a wonderful half term and enjoy the sun!! ☀️

What an "eggcelent" week we have had watching our eggs hatch, everyday the children have come in with lots of excitement to see how many have hatched. This morning we were very pleased to see that we have 8 little chicks, they are now in their temporary hutch so we will have lots of cuddles next week. 🐣🐤🐥

What a great few weeks we have had! We have had so much fun looking at all the different animals in and around the preschool. In the forest we have been making salt dough and then turning it into bugs and insects. The children enjoyed the process of making the dough. We have spent some great sessions bug hunting, digging and making art.
