Nervous? Apprehensive? Don’t be. Tavistock ABC pride themselves on a welcoming and friendly environment to all.

We welcome complete beginners, returning boxers, fitness focused members and anyone who wants to give boxing a try.

Ages 10 and up, with no upper age limit. You do not need any experience to start. We will help you learn at your own pace, build confidence, improve fitness and develop proper boxing skills in a friendly and supportive environment.
