✨ New Year 5/6 Group Opening After October Half Term! ✨

Due to a change in my timetable, I’m excited to be opening an additional Year 5/6 tutoring group starting after October half term. 😁

This group will follow the UKS2 curriculum, covering Maths and English, with plenty of practical activities, confidence‑building tasks and structured teaching to support children through the year.➕➖📝

✨SATs Escape Room Interest ✨

CALLING ALL YEAR 6 PARENTS!

Would your child enjoy a SATs revision escape room? 🔐

If we have enough interest, the SATs Revision Escape Room would take place at Little Escapes, Taunton, running on Friday evenings between March and May 2027. 🧚

Children would work in teams of 4–5, taking part in a mixture of tutoring, code‑breaking, SATs‑style challenges and problem‑solving activities throughout the evening. The aim is to build confidence and exam‑readiness in a fun, low‑pressure environment.

I currently have limited spaces in my Year 1/2 group (3.45-4.35 on a Thursday). I also have 2 Home Ed slots on a Thursday afternoon.

All other group and 1:1 sessions are currently full, but I do have a waiting list. 📝

Yesterday was brilliant! 🎉

From using table tennis to learn number bonds in the Year 1/2 session and CEWs in a 1:1 session, to using play dough to create flowers to influence our writing in Year 5.

‘The flower looked like my delicious breakfast’ was a highlight for me.

Seeing and hearing that children are excited and enthusiastic to return makes me so happy! ☺️
