I am running the Cardiff half marathon on October 4th 2026 and this year I have chosen the British Heart Foundation as my charity. I am running in memory of my Mother in Law - Betty Pearse who died suddenly from a heart attack. Also, My Dad's life was luckily saved by the fitting of a stent, a procedure that prevented him from suffering a heart attack.
This charity funds vital research and supports people affected by heart and circulatory diseases every day. Any money raised will help them continue their incredible work and support more families affected by heart disease.
Any donation, however small, will be greatly appreciated and help make a difference. Thank you for your support ❤️

Just back from a lovely break. This month I celebrate 25 years as a Chiropractor. I graduated in 2000 and joined Taunton Chiropractic Neck & Back pain Clinic on the 18th September 2000.
