‼️Important Dates‼️

Do you have a child who is due to transfer from Primary to Secondary school or Middle to Upper school in September 2027.

The online portal for Secondary and Upper School applications will be open from 14th September 2026 and you will have up until midnight on 31st October 2026 to submit an on-time application.

We recommend you always include your catchment school as one of your preferences. If you don't and it becomes oversubscribed, we can't guarantee your child a place there and if you don't get offered one of the schools you have chosen, your child might be offered a school further away with no travel assistance.

PLEASE NOTE FOR CHILDREN WHO ARE DUE TO START SCHOOL IN RECEPTION IN SEPTEMBER 2027 OR TRANSFER TO JUNIOR OR MIDDLE SCHOOL IN SEPTEMBER 2027, THE ONLINE PORTAL WILL BE OPEN ON 28th SEPTEMBER 2026.

Friday 5 June is outcome day for the second round of applications to start school, transfer from an Infant to Junior or a First to Middle school in September.

You will receive an email outcome if you submitted your application with an email address, if we do not have an email address you will receive your outcome via post, however, you will not be able to view your outcome on the online portal.

‼️Tomorrow, 16 April, is National Offer Day for primary phase applications‼️

Emails will be sent over the course of the morning so please be patient and wait until midday before contacting us if you have not received yours. Please also check your junk/spam mail.

Please note that we will be unable to reset passwords for the Citizen Portal tomorrow so please ensure you know your password.

If you opted out of an email outcome, or applied by a paper application, your outcome letter will be sent posted tomorrow 2nd class post.

If applicable, you will get your outcome via email. However, if you intend to view your outcome online, please check that you can remember your password for the Citizens Portal now.

If you require a password reset, please request this ASAP as any requests received on 16 April cannot be administered.
