Our children's classes are fun and engaging, the lessons are taught in a safe, positive and structured environment. Physically, students will build strength, develop co-ordination and gain flexibility. Parents will see psychological benefits such as improved concentration, self confidence and discipline. These important life skills transfer into a child's home and school life. Evolution's adult martial arts lessons are a great way to relieve stress, burn calories and learn self defence.
