Evolution's children's classes
Our children's classes are fun and engaging, the lessons are taught in a safe, positive and structured environment. Physically, students will build strength, develop co-ordination and gain flexibility. Parents will see psychological benefits such as improved concentration, self confidence and discipline. These important life skills transfer into a child's home and school life. Our children's classes are divided by age and grade to give our students appropriate, focused learning and progression opportunities. Evolution's family classes
Connect with your family through a shared interest of martial arts. Spend quality time together and strengthen family bonds at one of Evolution's family classes. Evolution's adult classes
Evolution's adult martial arts lessons are a great way to relieve stress, burn calories and learn self defence. We understand the hardest part of joining a club is coming to your first class, the friendly atmosphere at Evolution makes it easy to start a new hobby at any age. Our step-by-step approach teaches fundamental techniques and progresses through to advanced skills. The structured grading system provides all our students with achievable goals. Evolution's ladies classes
Being aware that martial arts are a male dominated sport, Evolution offers the opportunity to train in a ladies only class. These classes gives our female students the chance to train and not feel intimidated in a comfortable setting.

๐Ÿฅ‹GRADING WORKSHOP COMPLETE!๐Ÿฅ‹

What a fantastic session today! ๐Ÿ‘Š

Our ITF Taekwon-Do students put in some brilliant work, with a fantastic attitude, focus and work ethic throughout the entire workshop.

It was great to see everyone pushing themselves, working on the details and putting everything theyโ€™ve been practising into action ahead of tomorrowโ€™s grading.

Weโ€™re incredibly proud of the effort everyone put in today. Now itโ€™s time to get some rest and get ready to show us what you can do tomorrow! ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿฅ‹

Good luck to everyone grading! ๐Ÿ‘Š
