Well that's it, my last day as a childminder after 4 wonderful years, I am very grateful to all the families I have worked with who have made this time so enjoyable. I've had a lovely last week x

These four were disappointed not to see any ducks on the Norton Brook, so one child starts to quack as she says this will call the ducks and they will come, I start to record the hilarious quacking when suddenly 8 ducks come flying in overhead, luckily we had brought some bread for them and they enjoyed their snack very much! Turns out the children can speak duck! 🦆😱

Wow what an end to work in 2021, such a busy day with very excited children! We completed the nativity trail around the village, made Christmas decorations, a chocolate Yule log, had Christmas dinner, Christmas just dance, Switch, giant musical piano and general chaos 🤣. I suspect all children will sleep very well tonight 😴.
