Lovely this week to have another fantastic instructor, Karie join my class.

We are very lucky to have so many great instructors teaching in halls with a variety of different classes and times to suit everyone. Keep supporting local instructors.

With the new red warning which indicates you need to take action to keep yourself and others safe I have made the decision to cancel the class on Wednesday.

See you all on the 1st July when hopefully it will be back to normal temperature. Stay safe and look after yourself
