With exceptionally heavy hearts, we have some very sad news to share from pre-school.
Some of you may already be aware that, last week, we sadly lost our lovely Sandra.
For those of us who had the privilege of working alongside Sandra, it is difficult to put into words just how deeply her loss has affected us as a team.
Sandra had been a much-loved member of our pre-school family for 16 years. During that time, she touched the lives of so many children, families and colleagues. She was truly loved, and she will be missed more than we can say.
We are sure that every family who had the pleasure of knowing Sandra will agree that she was one in a million. She cared so deeply about every child and always put them at the very centre of everything she did. She was passionate about ensuring that every child received the love, care and support they needed to thrive.
To us, Sandra was so much more than a colleague. She was kind, patient, caring and endlessly supportive. She had a gentle nature and a goodness that was simply part of who she was. We all agree that you could never have wished to meet a lovelier person.
Each and every one of us feels incredibly privileged to have called Sandra our friend.
Her absence will leave a huge hole in our pre-school and, most especially, in our hearts. We will miss her kindness, her warmth, her laughter and simply having her with us.
Thank you, Sandra, for 16 wonderful years of friendship, dedication and love. You will never be forgotten, and you will always be a very special part of our pre-school family.
