We can’t wait to welcome you for your treatment! To ensure everything runs smoothly, please take a moment to review our booking policies below:

💳 Deposits

A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking.
Deposits are non-refundable, but the full amount goes directly toward the total cost of your treatment.

🗓️ Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 48 hours’ notice.
More than 48 hours’ notice: Your deposit can be transferred to a new date (one time only).
Less than 48 hours’ notice: Your deposit will be forfeited.

🚨 No-Shows & Same-Day Cancellations

Missing your appointment without notice or cancelling on the same day will result in a forfeited deposit.
Repeat no-shows will be required to pay the full treatment cost upfront for any future bookings.

⏰ Arriving on Time

Please aim to arrive promptly for your appointment.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may be unable to carry out your treatment, and your deposit will be forfeited.

🦷 Self-Service Protocol

In compliance with UK law, Naturawhite is a self-service cosmetic enhancement.
Our trained technicians provide full equipment, guidance, and support; however, the application of the gel and positioning of the light must be performed by the client.

🎯 Suitability & Dental Health

Natural Teeth Only: Whitening gels only brighten natural teeth and will not alter the color of crowns, veneers, bridges, or composite fillings.
Cosmetic Only: This treatment is not a replacement for professional dental care. We cannot perform treatments on clients with visible tooth decay, gum disease, or open lesions.

🔞 Age Requirement

Clients must be 18 years of age or older for all smile enhancement and tooth gem services.

🤰 Pregnancy & Breastfeeding

As a safety precaution, we do not offer teeth enhancements to clients who are pregnant or breastfeeding.

💎 Tooth Gem Aftercare

To maximize the longevity of your Swarovski crystal, please avoid eating hard or sticky foods for 24 hours following application.
