Another 36 cases heading out the door today, designed and manufactured in-house for the EXE Chain Hoists.

Each case has been engineered using 10mm HPL, a custom 35mm aluminium extrusion, and a custom-made internal ply carcass specifically designed to securely house and protect the motor and chain.

Built tough, built for touring, and built to keep the equipment protected from load-in to load-out. 💪

Another 36 cases heading out the door today, designed and manufactured in-house for the EXE Chain Hoists.

Each case has been engineered using 10mm HPL, a custom 35mm aluminium extrusion, and a custom-made internal ply carcass specifically designed to securely house and protect the motor and chain.

All fabricated, finished and screen printed in-house to our pro-tour grade specification, built to withstand the demands of life on the road while looking the part.

Thank you to Computacenter for trusting us with their latest project.

We're wrapping up the week on a high as the first batch of this order heads out the door, with another 50 cases still to build.

We designed and developed a custom AI data server rack flight case, with the first four units destined for two of the largest hyperscalers in the US.

The challenge: As AI technology evolves, the hardware behind it is becoming larger, heavier, and more valuable.

The solution: A custom-built 28U data server rack flight case featuring a bespoke steel frame, 12 high-deflection dome mounts, and a payload capacity of 720kg—engineered to protect high-value AI infrastructure in transit.

Proud of what the team has delivered, and excited to see the rest of the order completed.

Finishing off another productive week with this batch of 75 bespoke flightcases leaving the workshop. 👌

Each case has been manufactured with a precision CNC-machined foam insert, custom-designed to securely house specialist machine components, ensuring maximum protection during transport, storage, and day-to-day handling.

From the initial design through to CNC machining, assembly, and final quality checks, every case is built in-house to meet our customer's exact requirements. It's another great example of how we create bespoke storage and transport solutions for specialist industries where protection and organisation are essential.
