As lockdown is now slowly easing again, we are starting to once again collect clothing and uniform.
Any uniform donations handed in, do not make the school or PTA any money (unless you wish to donate via the PTA collection tin in reception, please ask and they will make this available to you), but all uniform donations go directly on to the FREE clothes rail, that helps any parents at the school that wishes to take advantage of free Greenacres uniform (mostly used, but usually in great condition). These rails are available every few months, usually at parents evenings, school fates etc, but given the current situation with Covid, it has been available on the playground, when collecting the children. There have also been a few donations of toys, teddies, old dvds etc, which I decided to put out with the uniform, and it was snapped up fairly quickly, so please also hand in these items also, and they can be stored to go out with the rails, or at a future PTA event, like the Summer or Christmas Fair, if permitted.
Feel free to help yourselves "Free of charge" whenever it is out. (As soon as the weather improves a little, I will put the rails out, but if you need any items in the meantime, please let me know).
Secondly, any general clothes donations, as long as it is clean and wearable (adults or childrens but not underwear), paired shoes, that are handed in, will all help raise funds for the PTA.
Any questions or doubts over whether certain items are accepted, just ask.
