Our training program ensures students meet the care standards, our health and social care teachers are English and constantly assess the language and literacy skills of the students.

If you work with us, we are happy to adapt the training program to incorporate skills required specifically for the service your work in.

We want to work with safe and trusted employers whom we can signpost our students to once they have completed the program.

Our students choose our school to maximise their chances of finding a job. Our students in India are finding it difficult to source employers that will be supportive of their well-being and development.

We do not want your money! We want you to agree to commit to the provision of legal and ethical working conditions for any student you employ following the completion of the training program.

We are not recruiters, we provide a training program to students who are considering care work within the UK, within our school in Amritsar, India. Our teachers have a history of care management within the UK and are experienced health and social care teachers.

We are committed to supporting these students to become excellent caregivers. All students receive a robust training program in person, and their knowledge, skills and behaviours are constantly assessed. We pride ourselves on our students being ready to provide care when they begin work in the UK, this prevents wasted time and resources on both the part of the employer as well as the student.

We understand the expectations of our employers and are committed to training students so that they meet and exceed these expectations so that the employers can have a fully staffed service that provides an excellent standard of care.

At Lotus Rose, we are committed to educating and preparing migrant workers, to prevent exploitation.

So....to sponsor overseas workers or not?
Increasing numbers of sponsored migrant workers are being exploited in the UK - FACT!
I should avoid the sponsorship of migrant workers to stop exploitation - MYTH!

Migrant workers need ethically driven employers to take up sponsorship; when these employers do not get involved, the migrant workers are being pushed to exploitative recruiters. Workers are pressured to remain with their employer, regardless of the working conditions due to the 60-day rule; should the worker lose their job then they will have to find another eligible job as soon as possible, otherwise they will have to leave the UK within 60 days of losing their job. Often the workers are unable to do so, they are forced to remain with an exploitative employer or lose everything they have invested and tried so hard to achieve and go back to their home country.

We are helping educate students so that they can get ahead in the UK care sector.

We are working with trusted employers to provide placements for the students following the completion of the training course.

We value the employers input into what we should be proving within the syllabus to ensure we are educating students so they will be excellent caregivers.
