Massive shout out to Dave Feenan who literally was struggling to get around 3 weeks ago.

He came to meet us a few weeks ago

Julie you are doing absolutely amazing!!!

Here is Julie Ballinger story

My family are very supportive about what I do and have encouraged me all the way.

My journey started last July 2025. I lost a stone on my own by eating sensibly and walking.

Then I re-joined FBTS last September 2025 after a break of about 2 years.

Immediately it felt good and the advice and encouragement from Dave, Keric and Luke (and those in the 6:15 am group) has been invaluable.

Recently though I had a ‘down’ week where I wasn’t seeing results, So my son sent me these pictures which were taken almost a year apart. Last July 2025 to this July 2026

Lesson: never underestimate what you have achieved and keep pushing - reach out to others when you’re struggling they will pick you up and support you.

The best thing I ever did was find FBTS and these photos showed me just how far I’ve come. I now feel stronger, more flexible, energised, younger and more confident than I’ve been in years.

Still some way to go but habits are now healthy.

Thank you Dave and everyone at FBTS you are all amazing!!
